ZLGT series rotary basket extruding granulator is used for wet granulation, which mainly consists of drive motor, feeding hopper, extrusion blades, screen and discharging chute. Wet mass is gravity fed into the granulator and wiped through the perforated screen by extrusion blades to get require-sized cylindrical extrudates. Finished granules are discharged  into the barrel via the chute. The gap between blade and screen is adjustable.

The granulator adopts the new processing technology, and the parameters of the granulator are improved, so that the contact surface with the material has a certain arc. When pelleting, the pelleting blades and screen mesh fit better, so that the material does not turn up, and the pelleting is smooth. The efficiency and yield of granulation are improved, and the calorific value is reduced. In addition, the joint of the granulator and the tool holder adopts tooth occluding, so as to facilitate the adjustment of the gap between the blades and the screen, at the same time, the granulator will not recede in the process of granulator due to the force, so as to ensure the smooth discharge in the process of granulator and improve the output.

ZLGT series rotary basket extruding granulator is most often used in pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries for making granules with wet mass before spheronization.
